Sarah Mallet and the team at Physiodynamics are incredibly trustworthy and provide excellent care to their patients. Sarah specifically is wise beyond her years, she was able to diagnose, fix and treat my knee condition saving from me and my knee from future arthritis!!! She is the bees knees ❤️
I've been seeing Sarah Mallet for a while now and I'm so happy I found her. She is an incredible physio and I'm seeing great progress with multiple issues. As a bonus, she is super friendly and kind. If you are searching for a physio, I'd highly reccommend her and the team at Physiodynamics.

I had physio for around 10 weeks and most of my sessions were spent with chloe. She was excellent, really catered to my needs and even my appointments were always suited for my work schedule. I walked away feeling really positive and physically stronger. I was given a great aftercare plan by chloe which has helped me continue my recovery journey. Highly recommend the team. Sarah (Mallet) is absolutely amazing. She works with me and pushes me through my insecurities when it comes to exercise. Most professionals had written me off as being the best i would be.....that is behind me now. Sarah is encouraging and thoughtful but does not let me get away with my over critical and negative thoughts. I have a spinal injury that has left me with chronic pain. I also need something to maintain my mental health. She definitely is the BEST.
