Dr Mike worked on my leg and lower back this summer with dry needling while recovering from an injured hamstring and the results were night and day. Not only did my leg heal faster, the relief from the injury was incredible after each session. Thank you Dr Mike for helping me reach my physical goals and get back to actively running again!

Mike and Tim are incredible. They initially fixed an issue I’ve dealt with for years, and they continue to keep me healthy and in the gym pushing myself. Not only are they both are amazing practitioners, but they are two of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. I truly enjoy talking with them both during the thirty minute sessions even if it comes with the smallest amount of discomfort.

The care that Dr. Mike has provided has been exceptional because it allowed me to stay active while recovering and have a better understanding of injury prevention. There have been noticable improvements in my movement and lifts because he does a great job of listening to your goals and giving you a personalized plan to get you there, if not better. I have known Tim for over a decade personally and professionally. He has always operated with the upmost, best intentions and professionalism. I could speak about the laundry list of injuries he’s helped me overcome throughout the years, but it’s not about me, it’s about highlighting how great Tim is as a person and professional. I would recommend him to anyone without ever second-guessing. If you want quality treatment from somebody with that is honest and operates with integrity look no further.

I have been going to Dr. Mike at Physio Orthopedics and Performance for a couple of years now. I am a consistent lifter and runner, so visiting POP is perfect as they specialize in working with athletes.
