RecommendedI highly recommend Physio One if you’re looking for PT work! Physio One is a kid friendly environment (which I love). Tyler and staff were always accommodating, considerate, and very flexible in working with my schedule. I recently trained for my first Ironman, and unfortunately dealt with an IT band injury. Rolled my ankle trail running been seeing Trish at PhysioOne to treat it and improve my running. She’s pretty awesome and I’ve learned a lot through this injury. Highly recommend getting an assessment to check your form and possibly prevent a future injury.

Tyler and staff are top quality, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and the best PT shop around. You cannot miss working to rehab your injury or sugery. They have state of the art equipment that enhances your ability to get back to regular function. Tyler has helped me twice rehab sports injuries and allowed me to quickly heal. I highly recommended Physio One!
