Chantal really helped me a lot,but you need to do the extra work she gives you in your spare time. Going to Physio alone might not keep you pain free you need to help yourself also. I have had some pain come back when I feel to good and I forget to do the exercises she gave me. It also helps if you are overweight to lose a couple of pounds. Trust me you will feel the difference. Chantal is a great physio. Very personable, and knowledgeable. Always ready to respond to me if I needed some help. The NDG clinic is relaxing, and easy to get to. I highly recommend.
