I've been taking reformer classes with Barbara at Physiologic Brooklyn for the last two years and I LOVE her. Classes are small (max 5 people) and beautifully choreographed because Barbara doesn't just teach us the exercises; she teaches linking movements for the transitions between exercises. I'm feeling stronger and more balanced than ever and I'm finally able to return to running (something I thought I would never be able to do again before I started going to Physiologic). RecommendedAbsolutely love this studio. I go twice a week to Barbara's pilates classes - they are fantastic. Also visit this studio for sports medicine massages. It's a one stop shop for pilates, wellness & pain management.
Dr.Mike and Dr.Stephen really know their stuff. After a great holistic assessment of an issue with discs in my lower back, Dr.Stephen developed a plan of care. The care staff was great in helping me coordinate payments and schedule future appointments. Great staff and care!
I got a massage from Nicole and it was the best I’ve ever had! Beautiful facilities and wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Could not recommend more!
I've had a wonderful experience with Physio Logic's physical therapy team! I saw Dr. Erin and Dr. Sarah - both were fantastic! After Erin discovered one of the underlying issues behind the pain was my foot/ankle, she teamed up with Sarah (who specializes in foot / ankle ) to help me get the best care possible. After each session with either Erin or Sarah, I would have a 15 min session with extremely talented licensed massage therapists. They are ALL amazing!
