Amar is friendly, personable and knowledgeable Physiotherapist. He helped me to understand the issues of my problem and a step by step solution to improvement over a reasonable period of time. He set me up with a good rehab program that I can do at home, and in his office, he works with equipment I do not have. I recommend Amar who operates Physio HQ.

I’ve been to Amar twice and so far he has helped sort out the root cause of two of my old lingering injuries! He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to diagnose and explain the cause of my injuries. His treatment is effective and leaves me with more mobility and less pain. Highly recommend him, glad I discovered his clinic!
