I had 3 bike fit sessions with Lionel for a particular brand of bike that offered 2 styles of frames. (The company recommended Lionel) Throughout my fit sessions with Lionel he was never sure which frame style I had chosen until half way through the last session. Lionel put me on an X-large bike frame (due to neck issues) which is quite dangerous as I cannot stand comfortably over the top bar, and it’s tricky for dismounts and stops in city traffic. I had an excellent experience with Lionel. They are extremely knowledgeable and clearly understand both physiotherapy and bike fitting at a high level. The process was efficient, and everything was explained in a way that made sense. On top of that, they’re friendly and approachable, which made the whole session enjoyable. I've seen Lionel as a physio, and with my partner for bike fits. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable, passionate and invested in great outcomes for his customers. There's more to a bike fit than individual dimensions, and Lionel is considered and inquisitive - bringing real care and a background in physiotherapy to his bike fitting - backed by his own elite level road cycling experience.
