I've seen Lionel as a physio, and with my partner for bike fits. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable, passionate and invested in great outcomes for his customers. There's more to a bike fit than individual dimensions, and Lionel is considered and inquisitive - bringing real care and a background in physiotherapy to his bike fitting - backed by his own elite level road cycling experience. If you're reading this review and thinking about a bike fit, stop, and make an appointment.
Lionel is very knowledgable and a clear communicator of issues and steps going forward. I wouldn't see anyone else in relation to cycling & running maintenance and injuries.
Had a great experience with Lionel. He was extremely knowledgeable and tuned my bike to ensure I got the most out of it in terms of comfort and performance. I would highly recommend you go see Lionel.
