Had a cloud bike fit with Lionel. The saddle fit was great with a few adjustments which helped to get things comfortable for fitting new bike shoes/pedals. Knowledgeable and friendly. Great bike fit, answered all my questions and explained things well. Highly recommend. thanks
I had 3 bike fit sessions with Lionel for a Cloud Bicycle Co bike, (they recommended him for the fit). Throughout my fit sessions (I had to have 2 extra due to Lionel’s miscommunication) he was never sure which frame style I had chosen until half way through the last session. Lionel put me on an X-large bike frame with an 80mm head stem which was quite dangerous as I was not able to stand comfortably over the top bar, and it was tricky for dismounts, stops in city traffic and also very twitchy. Amazing! Very thorough, my bike feels so much better and I am riding faster too.

(The company recommended Lionel) Throughout my fit sessions with Lionel he was never sure which frame style I had chosen until half way through the last session. I can’t thank Lionel enough. I’d been dealing with persistent back and hip pain for months, and his bike fit completely changed my riding experience. He took the time to understand my issues, explained everything clearly, and made precise adjustments that worked. I’m now riding pain‑free and enjoying my bike again.
