I have attended Physio Elements for the last couple of weeks. Owen has been great. He explains things which helped me to understand my injury, the treatment needed and what to expect going forward. I would highly recommend Physio Elements.
I am pleased to recommend Physio Elements Kilsyth. I am in my 70s and had given up on trying to improve my fitness. BUT - after attending weekly fitness sessions with Gurpinder I finally feel like my old self! I have more energy and recover more quickly after exerting myself.
