Very comfortable with the physio
Shout out to Physio Connex and their exercise physiologist,Nathan. After being told that I has Type 2 diabetes I have been attending sessions with Natahn who has shown me various ways of inceasing my activity and in turn decreasing my blood sugar levels. All the staff at Physio connex are supper helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the diabetes sessions.

Natalie has been my massage therapist for more than 3 years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Nat is professional, knowledgeable and tailors the session to what is giving me the most problems. Working a very physical job as well as having plenty of injuries from life she works in with my chiropractor and allows any adjustments to be much easier and stay in position. Easily one of the best on the coast! Update; Still seeing Nat as I did try another couple of massage therapists and found they were not the same standard.
