The admin folks for this company are incompetent. I hate to post this on the local office page because the local physical therapists are great, but this has become ridiculous. I did a couple of visits about a year ago. The local office made a minor billing error, and as a result the corporate office sent me an incorrect bill. I have sent them three letters explaining what happened and sent them all the documentation. They never responded to my letters -- just continued sending overdue notices.
