If you want a physio with a PhD in not accepting excuses, go see Josh. He explains the mind-body connection with real insight. He’s an interesting little encyclopaedia of knowledge, and brilliant at knowing what your body can actually do (even when you swear it can’t). Highly recommend - especially if you want someone who won’t let you wiggle out of that last rep.
