RecommendedI started the program almost two weeks and I’m already down more than I expected. Everyone is so encouraging and sweet. They answer every question I have. I’ve only battled my weight for the last 5-6 years but this is a game changer, something I can continue well after my program is complete.

My second time I had a baby in 2008 I lost 68 lbs getting off my baby weight after I lost I maintained my weight for 6 yrs had another baby last year in August and I came back the 3rd time to lose my baby weight again!!!
