He yells a lot at his office staff, in a very demeaning way, till their heads cringe way down when he's doing that,,, AND if you need your bladder out, he told me the ONLY kind of cystectomy he will do is "the old-fashioned slap-a-plastic-bag-on-your-gut" (my wording) ... he says he has perfected the ileal conduit (tummy bag) after so many years of doing them. ... ... . They have terrible customer service. They never call back or get back your test results in a timely manner. They just have sit and wait for important results. I called yesterday and they said they had my results in and the doctor was going to call me in a little bit... well a day later still no call, and of course it’s Friday so they close at 1:30. Very disappointed I have to wait the entire weekend now to know my results.
Ok this place switched to Cleveland clinic and now only taking Cleveland clinic patients no longer Suma So here is my problem my wife has been going to them for years and no notification they will take care of her as a patient now she has a kidney stone and she has to go to new doctor 30 day sheduling window it would of been nice for a heads up so we could of already been set up with new doctor and all her records could of been transferred all ready you are a horrible organization go away
