Excellent service
This has been my second time visiting Physicians Urgent Care and I must say, today’s appointment with Rachel Cole was a great experience. Rachel listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with valuable information. I highly recommend her services to anyone. The assistant Jayden was great as well.

I was skeptical about this appointment because the website allows you to book online without asking for any insurance information. I even got reminder texts and still no one reached out to me to verify my insurance. I wasted time and EXPENSIVE GAS driving to my appointment to be told they don't take my Medicare advantage plan. They need to contact patients and fully verify their insurance before they walk in and get the self-pay speech. Extremely irritated, and I don't even leave reviews normally.
Very clean. Olivia and Abby were polite and professional. I did not have to wait at all.
