Edit: came back for occ health reasons. They were excellent and transparent. The female PA was awesome and quick. Love the ease of online appointment setting. Not a fan of waiting in car after check-in (seems like a litigation problem if someone gets really ill without a medical provider overseeing them after a registration and check-in). Very fast testing and speed. The nurse or CNA (didn't look at the badge close enough) was good. PA was good and nice, he did explain and spent time answering questions. Went here because of the high Google rating, I was completely unsatisfied with almost the entire visit. I want my money back that I paid, but that will probably never happen. Positives: Easy and quick check-in with a very nice receptionist. Negatives: The nurse I had rushed me in and out. She was very dismissive and condescending to any of my concerns. Wife went with a cough/bronchial issue hoping to get a lung xray. Our ins. deductible and max out of pocket for the year with BCBS has been met, so the visit should've covered 100%. Girl at front desk didn't bother calling my insurance, said she checked their computer, and we needed to pay $176 deposit which we could get reimbursed after they submitted for insurance.
