This place is never open. Their hours on the door are Monday-Friday opening at 8am. They are not open

Yesterday (11/12/2023), my son was sick and needed to be seen and tested for strep, because he was showing the classic symptoms of strep. I made an online appointment and drove to the clinic. The website and the door of the building both state the clinic hours are 8am to 8pm. His appointment was 9:07am. I was forced to go here for a pre-employment screening and it was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. The staff was unable to operate the testing equipment properly, and messed up my audio screening. After telling me everything was great and that I’d passed, I received a call a week later saying that they had no record of my test results.
