This was my first time visiting this facility and I’m so glad that I chose them, I did read the reviews and was pleasantly impressed by what I read. The experience was pleasant and friendly upon entering the facility. I apologize for not remembering names I was feeling so bad, but I definitely remember faces. Thank you so much for the care that I received, thank you to the staff member that kept my 2 year old granddaughter company while my X-rays were done.
Everyone from the front desk back was extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. I've never had a better urgent care experience.
Barbara at the front desk is inconsiderate and rude.
