The medical transport itself was fine but this company is horrible on the billing side. Even after paying my part and my insurance company paying theirs, they are still trying to collect the full amount from me. Even after we supposedly resolved the issue many times. Never accept transport or any service from this fraudulent company.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in the medical field. After waiting for 7 hours to be transported from an ER to a hospital 5 miles away to have surgery that evening, they have made ongoing efforts to collect more money than was actual billed for this service. I have paid them my patient responsibility after my insurance company paid the claim, but they still keep texting me that I owe them $271.95.
