I purchased the Willow Curve approximately 5 years ago. I found that it really helped my knees when I used it as instructed. Whenever I have knee pain, from work out joints, I apply the Willow Curve for on or two sessions a day for 3 days and I am usually good for two or three months of relatively pain free living. No it does not cure my worn out joints, but it does relieve my pain and suffering. Thnk you for the product.
I returned my unit 3 months ago after 30 days of use. I have left 25 messages and 10 or so emails with no response. I have sent to BBB for review. All false promises on return policy. Sad thing is I bought this for a patient of mine.... appears this company cares only for the $600, not the patient...
Their satisfaction guarantee says money will be refunded within 10 days after receipt. Strangely, they initially bill immediately upon order, even though they take 30 days to ship. They received my return on June 17th and as of July 2, I have not gotten a refund
