Where do I begin? I am absolutely SO thankful for the entire team here! My husband had surgery on his wrist yesterday and of course I was nervous because lets be honest, not all doctors are good doctors. My husband spoke so highly of Dr. Horton leading up the the surgery saying "I know I am going to be fine, I trust my doctor". Front desk staff could use better training. Had me arrival 2 hours early for a procedure when I got there other staff questioned why I arrived so early. Called to confirm some additional information with the front desk on a separate occasion and the lady on the phone just kept telling me she was new, wasn't really getting answers or getting anywhere. The staff at this place were terrific. Succinct, helpful pre-op and post-op and day of when we had questions. I cannot recommend Dr. Samuel Sanders and Jackie the lead Nurse who helped us and Dr. John the anesthesiologist enough. Everyone made this stressful and kind of scary time bearable. The best around for orthopedic surgery.
