The staff was very nice and professional.
Absolutely Wonderful. The Young Lady at the check in window was great. The ladies in the back a long with the Doctors were Wonderful. Went in for stitches removal and felt so comfortable. The entire staff were professional. See you again soon BWH
Where do I begin? I am absolutely SO thankful for the entire team here! My husband had surgery on his wrist yesterday and of course I was nervous because lets be honest, not all doctors are good doctors. My husband spoke so highly of Dr. Horton leading up the the surgery saying "I know I am going to be fine, I trust my doctor". Front desk staff could use better training. Had me arrival 2 hours early for a procedure when I got there other staff questioned why I arrived so early. Called to confirm some additional information with the front desk on a separate occasion and the lady on the phone just kept telling me she was new, wasn't really getting answers or getting anywhere.
