I have been a patient here for almost 10 years. MA staff, scheduling staff & even my new physician all have this disdain for their patients. I so, wish we have more options for gyno clinics because, this is terrible to deal with. I hesitate to even reach out if I have issues because, the staff are just so rude!
If I could give fewer stars, I would. In 2022 I had a cervical biopsy in preparation for an upcoming surgery. It wasn't planned for that day but every single nurse and doctor lied to me and told me it was not a big deal so we could do it that day and I could continue my day as usual. I have been to this facility twice now . They were always kind and supportive . After today I will not be going there any longer . I live 40 minutes away and had some things going on this morning so I was going to be late . I called 20 minutes ago and asked what their late policy was . The woman on the phone was extremely rude . Do not go here if you want to be seen in a timely manner! You will be waiting much longer than the traditional “wait time” at another office. They are never on time and now that they are transitioning offices, it’s sooooooo much worse!!
Ultrasound appointment at 945am. Still waiting at 10:05am. Was told she's running behind, how is that possible when I'm like the 3rd appointment of the day. I transferred from another office for this reason now it's the same thing happening.
