HORRIBLE. Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Specifically the "Front Office Manager" Gretchen. She has no sense of how to talk to anyone, and is just all around a pretty terrible person. I literally visited this office three times and that was enough. I couldn't be bothered with dealing with her. She was the number one reason why I would never go there again.
