I have been going to this practice for over 6 years. The staff is always friendly, always answer my questions and never had to wait more than 10 minutes to sign in. You can also to pre-signing online. Nurses are friendly and very professional. My doctor is very professional, always answer all my questions, and explain things on a way that is easy for me to understand. There are different practices at this location. I only use Primary Care and the Lab but I never had a bad experience with them.
My wife and adult children and I have been with Dr. Martinez for 23 years. He is kind and he listens. My office visits are thorough. His staff is professional and courteous. My experience with scheduling, check-in and billing have all been handled in a professional manner.
I've been with this practice for almost a year, after waiting a month and a half for a single referral after my second visit, I made an appointment with a new office. They didn't have any available until this July, but, I've held it. If you are dealing with anything more than very simple routine care you will likely waste precious time here. Disappointed. Seems like the care has been removed from health. Had a positive experience with a physician in this group previously. We moved away from the state and came back to the area. We picked insurance so we could continue with this group. Made an appointment then was contacted on the day the appointment was scheduled to tell is not to come. The direction was to go to the ER.
