I don't know what has happened here but thus place has really changed and not for the good. Went in 8 days ago to walk in with a swollen ankle. Dr Clark was caring and ordered an xray. Her nurse was rude and unprofessional. Never got a call back on results even tho I called and asked. Spoke to Chris Dr Brauer nurse and told her I never got a call back. The girl at the front desk was really rude to me and unsympathetic about my situation. She raised her eyebrows at me and told me “I don’t know what to tell you”, in a ‘it’s not my problem’ attitude. I was shocked. Whatever customer service skills you’re supposed to have for that position, she doesn’t have. I feel the whole morale of the place needs help. They were all laughing and talking, joking amongst each other, but when it came to be personable with customers/patients, made me feel unwelcome.
Definitely not patient care based anymore. They have changed a lot and I won't go back. Too bad we are being charged for visits we didn't even make! Not sure how that happens!
Had a conversation with a women who works here about a week ago, Had a few routine questions and got nothing but rude and arrogant comments back.
