The doctor and nurses were so kind and sweet to my son and took excellent care of him I would recommend anyone to the 24/7 emergency care place feel blessed by all who works there !
Without a doubt the best ER EXPERIENCE I have EVER had! Very helpful, willing to take the time to explain everything I had questions or concerns about. Whole staff was friendly and super knowledgeable.
I had a severe sinus infection, I got in and was treated immediately, and left feeling much better. They gave me a breathing treatment, gave me meds to get me started, then I was on my way. Great staff!
I have visited PPER no less than three times in the past 6 days! First, for my 16 month old daughter who had symptoms of a very bad cold and ear infection. We were seen almost immediately. Everyone from front desk to nurse to doctor was extremely kind and helpful. A few days later I had to come back, again for my daughters ear pain and my own subsequent illness of the same type. I took my daughter there and they diagnosed her appendicitis quickly and prepared us for transfer to a pediatric hospital for surgery.. Dr Penshorn came in multiple times to make sure she was comfortable and that we understood the plan. Amy the RN was skilled with starting a nervous girls IV and making sure we were all taken care of. I wish I could remember the Rad techs name, I’m sorry.. everyone was caring and kind. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter.
