Both boys require special needs care, complex care, and caring and attentive care that facilitates a strong physician and patient relationship and ensures that proper treatment is maintained and diagnosis is accurate. Dr Singh is one of the most honest, caring pediatric nephrologists on Staten Island who helped my child immensely and I have recommended him to friends, family and neighbors. However his receptionist Cindy was very rude to a family member who had missed an appointment due to personal reasons and called the family member to tell them they missed the appointment while laughing and hung up while the family member was trying to explain the reason and reschedule. HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!! Will never bring my 3 children here again!! Stay away! Horrible receptionist, heavy set lady with nasty attitude! Made my youngest son cry!!! Doctors dont know whats going on they never answer the phone! This staff needs to be fired
