Chronic low back pain for 10 years after injury doing incline sit-ups with too much weight. Eight weeks and two appointments per week later, I feel amazing and have never woken up in the middle of the night with back pain since I finished therapy 3 months ago. Chiropractors did nothing! I went there different person most times, only 2 were really good. The last one I saw PT actually did me more harm than good and I was in pain and unable to return for weeks. Had no idea what I was supposed to do and I then quit all together after weeks and weeks of going there. Of course I complained no one calls, called and nothing was done and now today they sent me to collection for a little over $100 do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had been having neck and back pain for almost 9 months and it seemed like it was only getting worse. The therapy helped me a lot and I am feeling so much better now! I learned a lot on how to take care of my back and everyone I worked with was really nice and helpful.
They want you to sit with a doctor several times. It's a separate appointment that you have to make that costs you extra and wastes your time. All you do is sit there for 10 min and go over stuff that everyone already knows.
Very helpful rehab with people who seem to really enjoy their job and know what they're doing.
