Poor customer service. You can never speak to the same person or get an extension. They lie about completing tasks. They are super attentive when you want to purchase insurance, but once they’ve got your money they no longer care to work with you. Instead they give you the run around. We are going on 5 weeks of trying to get a simple document mailed or faxed.
0 stars Affordable Dental Plans don't cover anything more than medicare-nothing! If you don't get THEM to pull your teeth, they will not cover dentures. Scammers just like MCR! We work our whole lives & get s--- when we retire. Shame on the USA.
