Back in May, my daughter came down with strep throat. Our family physician was closed and our only option was the emergency room, or so we thought. As I passed the clinic on the way to the ER, I pulled in and asked if she could be seen. She was taken back within 15 minutes and a diagnosis was confirmed. We would gladly use this office again if we needed immediate care and could not get to our doctor.
I was very disappointed in the way Natalie, a Nurse Practitioner treated me in that she was very hateful. It was obvious she thought everything I said was a lie. I was completely honest with her and she still did not treat me with respect and refused to help me with my Multiple Sclerosis pain. As far as me returning, I would rather be in excrutiating pain than go back and be treated by her. I recommend if you need any help with pain do not go to her. Find someone else.
