This place is so unprofessional. They have neglected my health. I had a telehealth appt on 04/15/25 @11:40am wit. Dr. Wilson, he never called me for my appt after calling the whole day. Letting them know I have been to the emergency room 3 times within the past week because of how sick I am. Then I was rescheduled with Dr. Rouzyi for 04/16/25 @5:40pm for another visit & nothing. Irresponsible clinic and bureaucracy. The medical group had another office which I was seeing a doctor for years. Then abruptly my appointment was cancelled early this year and I was left without another replacement doctor. After many calls, I was able to wait for another 3 months to set up an appointment with the last doctor in the clinic and 3 days before the appointment, they called and saying doctor will by be in and my appointment is canceled. Hi, I went to the office for annual checkups on 5/7/24. However, the claim you filed to my insurance was incorrect, filed as diagnostic instead of annual checkups. My insurance and I have been trying to call for more than 5 times but no one picked up the call. I have also left a voicemail. Can you please call me back or fix the claim code? Thanks
Dr is good but getting and appointment or calling them for anything is bad
He is the best Dr. ever. He cares about his patients and spend enough time with them. He is the only dr who tried to find every single details about my health and solved any problem I had. Really appreciate him
