They scheduled me for an appointment on a day they aren't even open. I scheduled about a month and a half ahead of time and no one ever picks up the phone there. Might have to go in person to get any service
Wish I could give 0 star instead of 1. They should shut this facility as they dont see any patient. They just advise you to go to urgent care all the time.
This review is for Dr. Burkhead specifically — she is an excellent physician: deeply empathic and knowledgeable, data driven, warm bedside manner, attentive, assertive, and a pleasure to be treated by.
Llevo algunos años, visitando esta oficina, y siempre e sido tratada muy cordialmente, la Dra Burkhead, es muy profesional y una bella persona, ahora la Dra. Muñoz de la Borde está a cargo de las consulta, en esta mi primera consulta se que todavía no conoce muy bien mi caso, ,espero seguir contando con la cordialidad de siempre.
Beside the wait everything was great. I understand the wait is due to changes of practice and drs.
