I do not understand this system. How do I get list of providers under Optum? No link?
Arrogant stuff on the phone. Not helpful at all
All the reviews are correct. Spent hours on hold to set up an account which led to nowhere. Got disconnected before making an appointment. Called back and still couldn't make an appointment after multiple long holds. I kept calling back till it was the end of the day, they promised to call back but never did.
