Helpful ,courteous and caring - Dr. Schmidt and his staff have been excellent
Time and time again I am shocked at how rude and dismissive their receptionists are! One Michelle in particular. My husband was told to make a follow up appt after an ER visit and she basically accused him of being a pill popper & refused to even schedule an appointment. I believe whole heartedly this was out of spite and her hatred of the human race. When I tried to make an appointment for myself they played the "transfer" game for 45 minutes and then hung up on me!
