I have been going to the same Physicians Immediate Care for my dot requirements for yrs. I had a dot physical preformed and paid by card and have a emailed receipt with confirmation #s and whatever other evidence WellNow requires yet still i am getting not paid notices and that if I don't pay again I will be sent to collections. This is predatory actions. I am and will continue to fight this, just be aware and get proof of paid for services performed that WellNow cant dispute.
Great experience, front desk lady was the sweetest, everyone was friendly and wearing big smiles.

Great experience. I needed an EKG done and I made an appointment. Quick access, very clean facility, wonderful staff and very attentive doctor. Although my visit was quick and not real involved, I was left with the impression that I would absolutely visit again if needed. Vaccines, stitches, wellness checks, sprains, fractures, etc. I would absolutely 100% use them in-place if the ER or my PCP if he wasn’t available.
