The front desk receptionist has a bad attitude and needs to adjust that nasty look on her face and her attitude. She provided no further help when my insurance was unknowingly cancled, but even if she had enough commen sense, then the fact I could pay out of pocket could have been brought up. But why would I want to pay your check with my hard earned money and with that nasty judgmental attitude the two front desk people had.
