Just took my daughter here as she wasn't feeling great. Alan and the attending physician were very kind to my daughter who has a overwhelming fear of strep tests. Explained everything to her and calmed her down. Turned out to be strep! We used to go to a different urgent care but we'll be coming here from now on. Thanks!
I was pleasantly surprised to find no one else was in the waiting room. The think I dislike about the whole process is having to register myself on line. Granted, the staff were helpful when I had problems. However it would have been nice to have been offered the choice of self- registration or having staff do it.
Seen in a timely matter and made sure I got the right care. Place looked clean and the young lady at front desk was very knowledgeable. The nurse and provider are amazing. Didn’t felt isolated and made me feel comfortable.
