Called multiple times for 3 days to make an appointment, had to go I person to talk to someone and get one scheduled. Come to find out they lost my husbands order and now we have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Unprofessional and unacceptable. 😡

Everyone in the office is SO nice, but it really takes away from the experience when you're made to wait over an hour for a STAT or scheduled appoinment every time you come... Especially when it's with an impatient toddler. I am a Radiologic Technologist and understand the exams. I know sometimes things happen, people are late and appointments get backed up. However, this is our 4th time here and this has been the case every time. It takes far too long to turn the room around here for the next exam and no one seems to be in ... read more
