If you have insurance DO NOT GO THERE, I should have realized it when they did not ask to see my insurance cards, then they ask me to fill out a medical questioner which makes no difference since getting a hearing aid has nothing to do with. Then after showing me the most expensive one they had, getting me more excited THEN he gave me the cost(1,500.00 per ear) then I asked about what my insurance would pay then he explained how it works: 1. If you have insurance find another provider. They will bill your insurance but you must pay in full day you pick up hearing aides. It took 3 months to get billing code right and now I have been waiting another 5 weeks for my check since insurer paid them.
