The staff and doctor treated me very kindly. I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait about an hour. I didn't mind because no other doctors office takes walk ins.
I have had excellent care and service with Karen Leiter. She is just the best. I also can get seen either the same day I call or within a couple days.
They are very rude there and don't take time to listen to you. They treat you like trash, not like a person.
Not the most friendly staff. Could not get to me because their computers were down. Ok, so what happens if they are down all day! Does that mean the provider won't see anyone! Does all healthcare shut down when computers go down. Didn't understand this so I left without getting treatment for a respiratory infection. Why even mention Walk in's welcome. Very slow moving staff. Could use a fire lit underneath them. When I first called them to get their address there was no mention of computer issues and that they close for lunc... read more
