I checked in at 10:30 am and I left at 1:45pm it took over 3 hours for a routine urine drug test and a physical. Completely untrained staff working independently with a resource employee. They didn’t know how to use the system or the basic processes. Employees should be trained appropriately before being put to work independently. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Also parking is a nightmare. Valet is available for a fee.

The worst experience ever!! It was at Doral physians health care center located in 36 st nw 62 ave! The worst customer service ever,we wait 4 hours That was craaazy,we just got there at 10 oclock and they called me 2 hours past,and then when we finish we have to wait 2 more hours for the results to be ok,and that was because i went to the window and ask for my papers,the papers were ready a long time ago,and they did not call me at all,a few people left because of the time that they been waiting!
