My wife has been going to the Rocky Mountain Women’s Health Center at the Davis Hospital and we have had nothing but problems there. Our second appointment, they had the wrong patient chart up and started doing stuff intended for the other patient. They also keep billing us for tests without letting us know what the tests are for or why they are being conducted. Health care providers are good. Billing department is a different story....is a nightmare. Calling for a month to resolve a problem and we are still waiting for them to call back.
I have been a patient at the Heart and Lung Institute for 15 years. I recently had a heart attack and was treated by doctors from this group while at Jordan Valley hospital. My care was good - however I only saw a cardiologist on day 4 of my ICU stay. When I went for my 2 week check up - WITH A PA - I was told to return in 2 months. THERE WERE NO APPOINTMENTS FOR OVER THREE MONTHS!! I'm fed up. I have moved my care to another cardiology group.
The quality of medical care is fantastic, but their billing group is shockingly bad. I continue to receive statements of payment due, despite twice sending in documentation showing proof of payment. Their website shows I have a balance of $0.00, but the extremely rude billing group "cannot find the payment" at all. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB.
