These people are judgmental and unprofessional. I have had this on my mind for 5 years because if I had listened to this man, team and management I would be dead right now.I came to visit not wanting to after my previous visits and had asked to see a woman and not him. I was told no he would have to release me as a patient. I was asking for help I was in serious pain. A couple years before I had to have my gallbladder removed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been thinking about Dr Richmond for over a year and decided to come leave this review so others know. He was the on call Dr when I went to triage due to high BP during pregnancy. I was told by my Dr. the day before to monitor my BP and symptoms and to come in if I hit over 140/90. I came in early one morning because I felt terrible and my BP had consistently been 160/90s. Dr. Richmond was awful. He didn't even take a urine sample to check if I had protein in my urine. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He delivered my twins and I have not had an issue with the staff at all.

He was the on call Dr. the night I went heto urgent care because I don't know if I had a yeast infection, bacterial infection or a UTI all of which get quite serious in me quickly. He was rude, he was not gentle while doing the pelvic exam and hurt me. He then lectured me that I could have somehow have forgone the test and that some how they could fix my UTI with just a phone call.
