Dr. Richmond was exceptional. He served as the OB hospitalist for my delivery, and as this was my first baby, I was understandably very nervous. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive, and he helped me achieve my comfort goals throughout the process. He was always available to answer my questions, and the communication among the entire healthcare team was excellent. I delivered a healthy baby boy and am deeply grateful to Dr. Richmond and the team at Cox for such outstanding care.

These people are judgmental and unprofessional. I have had this on my mind for 5 years because if I had listened to this man, team and management I would be dead right now.I came to visit not wanting to after my previous visits and had asked to see a woman and not him. I was told no he would have to release me as a patient. I was asking for help I was in serious pain. A couple years before I had to have my gallbladder removed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been thinking about Dr Richmond for over a year and decided to come leave this review so others know. He was the on call Dr when I went to triage due to high BP during pregnancy. I was told by my Dr. the day before to monitor my BP and symptoms and to come in if I hit over 140/90. I came in early one morning because I felt terrible and my BP had consistently been 160/90s. Dr. Richmond was awful. He didn't even take a urine sample to check if I had protein in my urine. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He delivered my twins and I have not had an issue with the staff at all.
