The doctors are amazing but the new system and scheduling is awful. Could not get in for genetic testing due to no lab orders being placed although I had seen my doctor weeks before. Was also scheduled for an anatomy scan at 25 weeks although the doctor told me and wrote on his scheduling slip 18-22 weeks. Was told by a nurse this was too late yet no one had called me to reschedule. Overall very frustrated but also not a lot I can do.

Hunter bane is a phenomenal obgyn I absolutely love him he is the best obgyn I've had I've always been scared to have a male obgyn but he is the absolute best I can't recommend him enough he did my hysterectomy in September he and his team did a phenomenal job and they explained everything clearly if your looking for a new obgyn he is the one he is very sweet and kind and explains everything

I've been a patient here since 2008. I called to get an appointment and waited on hold forever, then when I asked to schedule she told me it'd been over 2 years since I'd been there and I couldn't be seen until September and it wouldn't even be with the same doctor I've had since 2008. I told her I had a concern I'd like to address and I don't feel it's safe to go that long without care. She said go to urgent care then. Wow. I'll be finding a new doctor.

I like the care Jennifer Ott, Hunter Bane, & the staff give me but they are sometimes to slow on getting refills sent over to the pharmacy when u need them
