--- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- Front desk staff [A_ _ _ _] was unprofessional + unwilling to provide service at check-in. After traveling over 40 min each way for my scheduled appointment, I was not permitted to see the doctor for my follow-up visit. She [A_ _ _ _] refused to contact the accounting department or call insurance or review my EOC {Evidence Of Coverage} because of instructions by 'upper management'! --- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- P.S. My insurance company has tried to contact them, but to no avail.
This was our first visit to this facility, and unfortunately, the experience began poorly. The staff member who roomed my daughter Tuesday morning never introduced herself, was unprofessional, dismissive, and left us feeling unwelcome. First impressions matter, and this encounter did not set a welcoming tone. Frankly, if the rest of the visit had matched that interaction, we would not return. Dr Nunan was excellent. Reception was helpful and professional.
Asked about some additional information regarding my appointment previously from Dr.Blau and the front check in lady was very rude not friendly at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND
