This is a great foot care place with great doctors, especially Dr. Abbasova. However, if you have to change or reschedule. You will have to use an answering service that WILL not relay the message correctly. I don’t get why you can’t call the office but it is so frustrating when you have to call 3-4 times just to get a procedure or appointment changed. My hopes is Dr.Abbasova opens her own practice or goes to another place where you can actually talk to the office. What a novel concept, talking to the doctors office…
Went in with a foot injury and the doctor didn’t ask questions about how I hurt it. No X-rays were taken to determine a root cause. Doctor immediately blamed my foot pain on my “bunions” and suggested orthotics. Went to a different doctor to get a second opinion. They actually examined my foot, and while yes I do have bunions it is not the cause of my severe foot pain as they are barely bunions. Highly don’t recommend.
Was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, and wasn't seen until 35 mins afterwards. On top of that Dr. Cotler's communication and demeanor is very unpleasant. He started diagnosing me before even looking at my feet.
EXTREMELY HARD TO REACH… been calling for 4 days in a row now the office or whatever number is on the website is so unhelpful and hard to understand they continue to say they’ll call me and they forget
The worse experience I ever had at the doctors office. Dr Sabina Abbasova was unprofessional as she talked down to me as I waited for 30 minutes in the examination room for her she said she had no idea why I was there. She chastised me for missing appointments even when I gave 24 hours notice each time . I told her I would perfer to work with another clinic because I did not like her unprofessionalism she does not know how to treat her patients. I would not recommend this physician to my worse enemy.
