Was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, and wasn't seen until 35 mins afterwards. On top of that Dr. Cotler's communication and demeanor is very unpleasant. He started diagnosing me before even looking at my feet.

EXTREMELY HARD TO REACH… been calling for 4 days in a row now the office or whatever number is on the website is so unhelpful and hard to understand they continue to say they’ll call me and they forget

The worse experience I ever had at the doctors office. Dr Sabina Abbasova was unprofessional as she talked down to me as I waited for 30 minutes in the examination room for her she said she had no idea why I was there. She chastised me for missing appointments even when I gave 24 hours notice each time . I told her I would perfer to work with another clinic because I did not like her unprofessionalism she does not know how to treat her patients. I would not recommend this physician to my worse enemy.

Find another practice if you want real help! Dr. Cotler told me that what my previous podiatrist diagnosed was incorrect but he refused to even do an x—ray because the site was down and they couldn’t verify my insurance. However, they billed for an xray anyway. He spent maybe 20 minutes with me if that and billed for a 45-59 minute visit. He also shaved a callous off of each of my feet which I didn’t ask for and made no difference and then billed $125 for doing that! I am so glad I chose this place. Dr. Sabina Abbasova just has to be the best choice I could have made. She is so sweet and professional. Hats off to the entire staff. They were fantastic. Can’t wait to see y’all again.
