What ER only keeps one Dr on staff at night??? I've asked to go home twice and I'm getting to the point to where I'll never be back here.....
$210 charge for a NEW patient fee???? Seriously??? So who goes to the Urgent Care and sees their family doctor? I find this charge outrageous and wrong!
I tried scheduling a lab appointment on line and it kept kicking me off when I tried attaching photos of my insurance cards. Decided I would give up and try somewhere else that had better online services. Then I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe them $275. What?! These are some shady people. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
Would like to give no stars. Received a bill with nothing on it other than saying I owed money. Called and asked for an itemized bill. They said sure and I got nothing else and heard nothing else from them. Then in August they sent it to collections. I have tried contacting them and the collections agency and no one answers or responds. Absolute scam!
