$210 charge for a NEW patient fee???? Seriously??? So who goes to the Urgent Care and sees their family doctor? I find this charge outrageous and wrong!
I tried scheduling a lab appointment on line and it kept kicking me off when I tried attaching photos of my insurance cards. Decided I would give up and try somewhere else that had better online services. Then I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe them $275. What?! These are some shady people. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
