I go to Dr. Hager for my diabetes. His staff is good but if you have to get refills or anything else on there portal is sucks. They will not get back in touch with you for nothing.
My records were not up to date with conversations I had with nurses in office. Dr. Azad didn’t remember and there was no note in my record regarding this situation. Even though I had the exact date, time, and nurse name that I spoke with, so I had to schedule an appointment, that wasn’t necessary due to documentation not being kept up to date in my record.
Dr. Dodis is wonderful but the staff at the front just do not have any urgency to them. I’ve been to hematology and that office runs like a well oiled machine but be prepared for a very slow moving staff here
Went with my dad to appointment with Melissa Lewis. She was awesome. She answered all my questions and was informative. She took alot of time with my dad. It was a great appointment.
