Dr Warren and his staff, especially Ashley have been amazing! When I had no where to go and no hope for feeling better they provided me with options! They are Kind, caring and always patient!
The Endocrinology doctor refused to see me after my bloodwork was way off the charts and my primary doctor had referred me here. I feel like that was very unprofessional. When I called to see when my appointment was the receptionist said “oh he can’t do anything that your regular doctor can’t do about your autoimmune disease” mind you I had not even been told I had what disease I had at this point and that was that. I like my endocrinologist, Dr Azad is great. BUT at times the staff is very unresponsive and unprofessional. For example I had an appointment with a staff member for training on a new insulin pump, the training was cancelled without an explanation and not rescheduled. I waited 6 weeks for this training session. I called 3 times times to get scheduled again and never got a time. I was told if I wasn't happy I could contact the maker of the insulin pump, omnipod, to get training. My time is at least as valuable as theirs. I'm ... read more
We are new to Greenville and needed to find a good endocrinoloist. We were able to get an appointment very promptly and are extremely pleased with the way Dr. Azad took all the time needed to listen to our history and go over possible options for treatment. He never made us feel rushed. The office staff also seemed very efficient.
