I was outside waiting on a client, at this location & my client informed me that he had 10 mins . I walk in, I see no Receptionist I had to use the bathroom so bad so I’m half way in the bathroom a person came from the back asking do I have an appointment I told him I was medical transportation waiting for a client gave them their name. He was so nasty to me saying that the client does not go there when I just drop the client off at 5 in the morning. In the past I had no problem using their rest room while waiting on cleats.... read more
