Received a collection notice for $33.00 FIVE YEARS after having a procedure at St Francis. Funny how with all of the insurance that I have EVERYTHING was paid for except this $33.00. Can't believe that St Francis is affiliated with such a disreputable bunch, perhaps they should hire people that know how to submit requests for reimbursements in a TIMELY MANNER. Lots of other similar posts from other patients at St Francis... humm... SHOW ME THE BILL FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED... They don't even deserve 1 star...
Called to make an Appointment; Marta was very unhelpful. Couldn't answer basic questions about if you accept my insurance or not, tells me to call my Doctors office or insurance company; sent me on a wild goose chase, stay away from this place.....
Very bad Experience they never answered the phone. They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company and then right away they took me to the collection agency where the agency harassing me and not getting anything done. I’m going to give you one start every day till somebody answer my phone and solve my problem
