Called to make an Appointment; Marta was very unhelpful. Couldn't answer basic questions about if you accept my insurance or not, tells me to call my Doctors office or insurance company; sent me on a wild goose chase, stay away from this place.....
Very bad Experience they never answered the phone. They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company and then right away they took me to the collection agency where the agency harassing me and not getting anything done. I’m going to give you one start every day till somebody answer my phone and solve my problem
Just like the two people below me, never received any bills just a collection notice a year after it was done at St. Francis Hospital and I actually disputed this bogus charge and it was just put on my credit report! Surprise medical billing is Federally Illegal!
