I had a procedure done at this location. I was quite impressed with the whole staff that includes the pre-procedure and post procedure. Nurses, Erika and Jasmine were outstanding. Dr Brooks and Dr Blau explained the procedures very well and thank them both for their good services.
The staff is phenomenal. The lady with a tint of purple in her hair, was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. Erica the RN was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and funny. Dr. Brooks the anesthesiologist was very thorough and kind. Kudos to all of them. Other medical facilities should follow their lead.
We recently had our 6-year-old son’s surgery at this center, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care we received. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was friendly, compassionate, and truly amazing. As a parent, I was understandably nervous since it was his first surgery, but they made me feel completely at ease and, most importantly, made me feel like my son was safe and in excellent hands. I had a surgery here with Dr Warner last week. Everything went smooth and all the staff was great. Extra shoutout to Erica (a nurse I believe) who prepped me for my surgery. She was so sweet and made me feel so at ease! Definitely made a huge difference in my anxiety before the surgery!
From start to finish it was as good an experience as I could have envisioned. The entire crew was kind, caring and reassuring and professional. Thank you for making my experience as comfortable as it could have possibly been.
